Alder provides Financial and Tax Due Diligence for Vincit Oyj in the contemplated merger with Bilot Oyj. Bilot Oyj’s net sales amounts approximately to 27 m€ in FY21 and it employed 197 people at June 2021. Combined net sales of the companies was 70,6m€ and EBITDA 9,1 m€ based on FY20 financials.
