Alder provided Financial and Tax Due Diligence and SPA advisory for Pihlajalinna Oyj, in the acquisition of Etelä-Savon Työterveys Oy and its subsidiary Lääkärikeskust IkiOma Oy (“ESTT”) . Healtcare group ESTT services consists of Employment Healthcare, Doctor appointments, Dental Healthcare, diagnostics etc and it has appointments in Mikkeli and five other munipalicities. The consilidated annual turnover is ca EUR 12 million.
