Alder was a provider of Financial, tax, legal due diligence and Share Purchase Agreement drafting for A-Insinöörit in the acquisition of AX-Suunnittelu. AX-Suunnittelu comprises of two companies AX-LVI Oy and AX-Prosessit Oy. Combined net sales was around €9,3 million in the financial year 2020. AX-Suunnittelu provides building services technology design that consists of HVAC, electricity, building automation, and cooling technology for industry and service buildings.
